Toys

In this unit, the students will investigate toys. They will identify their favourite toy and give reasons why it is special. They will explore the ways that toys move and the materials they are made from. The students will construct toys with moving parts and describe how they move. They will sort toys according to the ages they are suitable for. They will also investigate how toys are advertised. The students will make a toy and complete a very simple advertisement for the toy.
